He follows a rigorous schedule to keep in shape. For him, martial arts is a way of life and he hopes to live up to Grandmaster Liang's standards.

Personal Words:

As Sifu (Grandmaster Liang) says, a true martial artist practices all aspects: forms, weapons, qigong, and fighting. Without one, you will be lacking in areas and empty. Train with intensity and spirit each time you practice. Your mind should be strong and you should lead by example, working hard every time you practice.
