Basic Kicks - Turn Body Side Kick

Drill: Start in a ready position with your left leg in front and arms extended (Figure 2-29). Step forward with your right leg and turn your body 180 degrees around (Figure 2-30). Shift all your weight onto your right leg and side kick forward with your left leg (Figure 2-31).
Put your left leg down, back in the ready position. Repeat the kick across the length of the training area. Then do the right side in a similar manner.
