High Front Sweep Kick
This is a kick with the tip of your foot. The intended target is usually the eyes.
Drill: Start with your left leg forward in a ready position (Figure 2-36). Turn your front foot out and kick forward. Just as you complete the extension of your leg, abruptly turn your body to your left and pull your right foot towards your left (Figure 2-37). Put your right leg down and stand in a ready position with your right foot in front. Then do the kick with your left leg. Alternate legs across the length of the training area.
