Forward Floor Sweep Kick-full circle

This is a kick with the front of your leg, by pivoting on your front foot while sweeping the back leg forward, then backward in a circle.

Drill: Start with your left leg forward and extend your left arm up (Figure 2-47). Push off with your right foot and pivot on the ball of your left foot. At the same time, sweep your right leg forward 360 degrees around until you are facing the opposite direction (Figures 2-48 and 2-49). Turn to face the starting direction and repeat the drill several times. Then do the kick with the other leg.
