This is a kick with the front of your leg by sweeping your kicking leg 360 degrees while keeping your body on the same spot.
Wushu Basic Kicks - Grinder Kick
Drill: Squat down on your left leg, straighten your right leg, and place your hands on the floor in front of you (Figure 2-55). Lift your arms up and sweep your right leg forward (Figure 2-56). Put your hands back down and lift your left foot off the floor as you continue to sweep your right leg in a circle. Then bring your legs back to the starting position (Figures 2-57 and 2-58). Repeat several times. Then do the kick with the other leg.
