Figure 5-94: Shift your weight back to your left leg while lowering your right arm. At the same time, open both fists and begin extending your left palm over your right.
Figure 5-95: Turn your right foot in and shift your weight forward. At the same time, pull you right palm back next to your chest and extend your left palm forward.
Figure 5-96: Shift all your weight to your right leg and touch the ball of your left foot next to your right. At the same time, lower both arms and place your right palm on top of your left forearm. Left hand is in a fist.
