Posture 17: Piercing Fist and Lower Body
Taiji 48 Form - Left Diagonal Back Fist
Figure 5-98: Shift your weight back to your right leg, while circling your left palm counter-clockwise to your left and circling your right palm counter-clockwise to your right.
Figure 5-99: Turn your left foot out and shift your weight on it, while touching the ball of your right foot next to your left foot. At the same time, continue circling your right arm up and left arm down. Both hands are held in fists, with your right elbow between your body and your left forearm.
